  • custom design production
  • branded installations
  • delivery, setup, dismantling
  • optional décor services

2. Orders

Orders may be placed via:

  • website form
  • Telegram / WhatsApp / Viber
  • email
  • phone

3. Booking Confirmation

Booking becomes valid after:

  • written confirmation, or
  • agreed prepayment

4. Pricing

Price depends on:

  • selected model
  • custom design complexity
  • delivery location
  • installation timing
  • urgency
  • additional décor

5. Payment

Accepted methods:

  • bank transfer
  • cash
  • agreed payment methods

6. Delivery & Setup

Client must provide:

  • access to venue
  • loading access
  • electricity if required
  • permissions if needed

7. Liability

Client is responsible for damage caused by guests or venue staff.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on preparation stage. Custom-made elements may be non-refundable.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control.
